Deborah has over a decade of experience in business management, extensive experience in rope access equipment sales and provision of administrative support to rope access teams.
A specialist in compliance, Deborah has experience in multiple audit pathways, including IRATA International, RTO / ASQA and ISO requirements.
Deb was elected to the IRATA International Health and Safety Committee in 2016 – the first woman to ever be voted in at such a level in the Association. During her tenure with the Health & Safety Committee, Deb wrote a number of smaller documents with the committee, published by IRATA, including Topic Sheets and H&S publications that were designed to be incorporated into every day toolbox talks.
Additionally, Deb served time as a representative for IRATA Australasia on the Working at Heights Association (WAHA) of Australia Training Committee.
As a technician herself, she understands the requirements and demands individuals in the field face and the organisational needs. Accompanied with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of high-end compliance logistics and real world application of policies and procedures; she can communicate effectively with technicians and company directors and shareholders alike.
