EXTERNAL ACCREDITATION

Compliance means conforming to a rule, such as a specification, policy, standard or law. Regulatory compliance describes the goal that organizations aspire to achieve in their efforts to ensure that they are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

Within the working at height and rope access industries, there are a number of certifying bodies, offering full audit and membership to a set series of standards.

Some examples include:

  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) International
  • International Standards Organisation (ISO)
  • Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

Attaining accreditation against the standards set by these organisations allows your company to demonstrate dedication to safety, and operating / training to the highest standards.

Maintaining accreditation, and conforming to the standards prescribed by these certifying bodies can be done through regular internal audits, site audits and gap analysis, to continually monitor all systems and processes to ensure the safety of workers and those who may be affected by the organisation.

Eve Consulting are able to assist in the maintenance of accreditation, and ensure your organisation remains compliant.
