OUR MISSION IS CLEAR
At Eve Consulting, we believe that excellence can be achieved by all businesses, no matter what size. From small organisations, through to multi-national entities – all are capable of improving their operating systems whilst continuing to deliver quality and innovative services, develop existing capabilities, and ultimately expand the scope of services offered to new and existing clients.
After identifying the need for independent consultant services in the rope access industry, Eve Consulting was founded in late 2018. Specializing in IRATA International membership requirements and compliance, long term business development of rope access documentation, internal audits and gap analysis.
Consultancy projects undertaken include the creation and release of client specific capability statements, development of existing client capabilities, equipment inspection and maintenance services as well as consultancy for the design and implementation of access solutions or complete custom rope access and working at height systems.

I believe that safety when working at height must be made a priority.
The application of rope access and other height safety systems and methods should be regarded as a complete system, in which planning, management, competence and suitable equipment should be treated with equal importance, as each is dependent on the others to ensure the safety of this system of work.
Having the correct system in place, accompanied by company policies, documentation and paperwork is critical to ensuring the ongoing safety of workers – but more importantly, ensuring the whole team understands why the documentation is structured the way that it is will assist in maintaining any accreditation’s held, and support workers, business development and growth long term.
Deborah Chick
With over a decade of experience in business management, extensive experience in rope access equipment sales and provision of administrative support to rope access teams – supporting companies to achieve excellence is Eve Consulting’s forte.
Deborah was elected to the IRATA International Health and Safety Committee in 2016 – the first woman to ever be voted in at such a level in the Association. During her first 12 months as a part of the Health & Safety Committee, there was a significant increase in output of smaller H&S documents, designed to be easily incorporated into every day toolbox talks.
Specialising in planning, and achieving compliance with IRATA International requirements and ISO standards. Additional services are available, such as the development of internal company policies and procedures, rescue planning, business plans and initiating road-maps for the continued growth of organisations.
Our passion is compliance and increasing knowledge and understanding within the height safety sector.
